TonyTidbit™ is an Award-Winning Sales & Media Executive, Founder & CEO of Tidbit Consulting, and a Sales/Executive Coach & Digital Advertising Expert. With over 27 years of experience in the media industry.

Tony has held key leadership roles at Undertone, Warner Bros., and DIRECTV, where he honed his expertise in sales leadership, strategy, client partnerships, and business development.

As the Founder and Host of the award-winning podcast, A Black Executive Perspective, Tony amplifies the voices of Black professionals, tackling critical conversations around leadership, diversity, and the corporate landscape. 

In addition, he shares daily inspiration through Tony's Tidbits, a widely read email series that motivates and empowers professionals nationwide.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Tony values quality time with his family. He is happily married to his wife, Gayle, and their two daughters, Mikaela and Madison. Additionally, Tony has a son, Randy and step-daughter Samara.

Chris P. Reed II is a seasoned expert in Organizational Leadership, having developed his skills over the past two decades at some of the world's leading Fortune 500 companies. Notable organizations he has worked with include GTE, FedEx, State Farm, Mediacom, Verizon, AT&T, Celanese, and DirecTV.

His passion for leadership originated from his experiences as an athlete and grew further when he took on coaching roles in high school football and track. This foundation in trust, commitment, and communication seamlessly transitioned into his corporate career, where he distinguished himself as an award-winning advocate for Supplier Diversity, an Executive Coach, and a Transformation Officer.

While he takes pride in his professional achievements and educational credentials, his most cherished accomplishments lie in his personal life as a devoted "girl dad," a certified Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for the city of Dallas, and a motivational speaker.
Nsenga K. Burton, Ph.D

Nsenga K. Burton, Ph.D. (she/her) is an award-winning entrepreneur, curator, writer and media influencer. She is founder and editor-in-chief of the award-winning news site The Burton Wire, which covers news of the African Diaspora. An expert on the intersection of race, class, gender and sexuality with film, media and technological industries, the thought leader has contributed to CNN, Huffington Post, The Grio, The New York Times and USA Today. She currently serves as editor-at-large for Black Press USA’s News Wire. Nsenga is a former editor-at-large for The Root, guest editor fo American Theatre Magazine, inaugural editor-in-chief for HealthPlus digital magazine powered by the Atlanta Voice and cultural critic for Creative Loafing. Dr. Burton’s writings appear in more than 200 print papers weekly reaching 22 million readers per month and more than 3 million people online daily.

A career academic, Dr. Burton is the former co-director of Film and Media Management at Emory University, Chair of Mass Media Arts at Clark Atlanta University and Director of the MSCNE Program at the Grady School of Journalism at the University of Georgia. Dr. Burton is a sought after commentator appearing on NPR, BBC, CourtTV and Dr. Phil. She produced and hosted a livestream series for Black Press USA, is the host of "Need to Know with Dr. Nsenga," and contributes weekly to A Black Executive Perspective Podcast. A producer at heart, the multihyphenate recently served as a BTS producer for Universal Pictures and Warner Bros. and line producer for the award-winning documentary, "Brainwashed." Nsenga also produced a podcast for the BBC's Arts Hour and an episode of the BBC's Travel Show.

Dr. Burton has authored a myriad of academic articles, contributed to two books on race and media and served as co-editor of the book Black Women's Mental Health: Balancing Strength and Vulnerability.

The former chair of the Atlanta Youth Commission, Dr. Burton currently serves on the Board of the League of Women Voters Georgia (Communications Chair), the Craft Institute (Film and Television Chair) and is a member of the NAACP Image Awards Nominating Committee, Atlanta Film Critics Circle and the Links, Incorporated. She is a life member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and a charter member of the Atlanta chapter of Gamma Xi Phi, a professional artists fraternal organization. She currently serves as Historian for the Greater Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter of Jack and Jill of America.

Dr. Burton is the recipient of the Sheroe award from the National Coalition of 100 Black Women and the Pearly Awards for community service for her work on elevating the Ahmaud Arbery case. She has also won entrepreneur of the year award from the National Association of Black Journalists. The thought leader holds film and communication degrees from Northwestern University, New York University, the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Southern California. Dr. Burton recently obtained a certification in diversity, equity and inclusion from Cornell University.

Nsenga lives in Atlanta with her daughter Kai and fur-sons Mr. Miyagi and Mr. Surprise.
